Dose:

1 Ath Sukesham – R Capsule Two Capsules - Twice a day with water (Morning – Empty Stomach & Evening – before Dinner)
2 Ath Sukesham – C Tablets Two Tablets - Twice a day with water (After Breakfast and after Dinner)
3 Ath Sukesham / Koti-kesham – Tel Sufficient quantity of oil is to be applied on the scalp and massage gently – twice a week
4 Ath Sukesham – Lepa To be prepared and applied over the scalp – once a week
5 Ath Sukesham – Shampoo To be prepared and applied – once a week

 

Procedure to prepare Lepa:

One serving spoon (about 75 gms) or sufficient quantity of powder to be soaked in 250 ml (1 cup) of water for about one hour. Apply the paste over scalp and leave for 1 to 2 hours. Wash with Sukesham shampoo.

Procedure to prepare Shampoo:

2 tea-spoon (about 10 gms ) or  sufficient quantity of powder to be soaked in 250 ml (i.e. 1 cup) of water for about two hours. Filter and use as shampoo.
